We want you to love your Utiliam wall mount bike rack. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return and send you the return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
